Louise has 10 years of block management experience dealing with the complex nature of block management, maintenance and leaseholder issues. Her expertise involves communicating with leaseholders, tenants, directors and contractors.

Susan Hunt has been a stalwart supporter of leasehold reform for many years. She has attended most of the Parliamentary meetings organised by the Leasehold Knowledge Partnership.
She has been associated with the business since 1996 having already worked for 20 years in property management with some of the largest estate agents, letting agents and property managers in a variety of roles.
