Clear Building Management is a property management company based in the heart of Manchester and we support leaseholders, tenants and RMC directors in developments across the North and Midlands.
We can work with you to take over the management of your development – including seeing you safely through the right to manage process where necessary – and we handle all communications and negotiations with the outgoing agent so you don’t have to.
